What we collect and why

We collect your name, email address, optional country, adult confirmation, consent choices, registration time and consent wording version to manage your interest and send the launch and consultation updates you request. Campaign links may also record campaign tags. Basic request information is used to limit spam. Please do not submit medical information through this form.

Your consent and your choices

We rely on your consent for waitlist contact and, separately, for general email marketing if you choose the optional checkbox. You can join without opting in to general marketing. You can stop marketing or all waitlist emails using the preferences link in your confirmation email. You can also withdraw consent or request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your details by emailing accounts@newimageeurope.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use. You may complain to your local data protection authority.

How your details are handled

Authorised clinic staff manage the list. Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare, store the registration; Resend processes details needed to deliver emails. Providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Contact us for information about provider arrangements and applicable transfer safeguards. This form does not share your details with other visitors or place advertising cookies.

How long we keep them

We retain waitlist details while this launch waitlist and its consultation follow-up are active, unless you withdraw sooner. We review the list after launch and remove details no longer needed. Optional marketing continues until you unsubscribe; we may keep a limited consent and suppression record to respect your preferences.

01What is Preservé?

Preservé™ is a breast augmentation approach from Motiva, designed to preserve natural breast tissue. It combines specialised instruments with Motiva SmoothSilk® Ergonomix2® implants. Dr Hayek will assess whether this approach suits your anatomy and goals.

02Is the procedure really around 45 minutes?

Dr Hayek’s planned procedure time is approximately 45 minutes for suitable patients. This is an estimate for surgery itself. Consultation, preparation and recovery monitoring take additional time, and the duration can vary.

03Will I need a general anaesthetic?

The planned approach uses local anaesthetic for suitable patients. Your individual anaesthetic plan, including whether sedation is appropriate, will be explained during your consultation. Suitability is always assessed first.

04When and where will surgery be available?

Dr Hayek will offer Preservé from January 2027. Join the waitlist for launch news, consultation dates, location and pricing details as they are released.

05Does joining the waitlist book my surgery?

Joining is free and does not commit you to treatment. It registers your interest so you can receive launch and consultation updates. It does not reserve an appointment or confirm that you are suitable for surgery.

06What about recovery and risks?

Preservé is still surgery. Recovery varies, and risks include infection, bleeding, scarring, changes in sensation and implant-related complications. Breast implants are not lifetime devices and further surgery may be needed. Dr Hayek will discuss risks, alternatives and your aftercare plan before any treatment decision.
